When they got to our house there was no messing around, they surveyed the path, laid down some plywood and promptly brought the range in. The same happened in reverse taking the old one out. I am very impressed I with all of the staff who have delivered from this moving company. Each time we have had Reliable Movers in our house delivering furniture, they have been competent, professional, courteous, and efficient. Most recently, we had two movers here to deliver on Sept 16, 2022. They simply went above and beyond. They measured everything, they marked it with stickies, they asked if they would remove items from existing furniture they had to move, and they stayed (late) until everything was perfect. Congratulations for the pride your staff take in fulfilling their job.

Wonderful team of movers! After being displaced from our condos for three years post Hurricane Harvey, Reliable Delivery & Moving provided full service to accommodate our move. They accepted delivery of new furniture over several months and then moved the new furniture and the contents of two large storage units to our condos at the Texas coast. I can't say enough about their team. They were courteous and very careful to not damage furniture or our units. They made sure we were happy with the placement and set up of our furnishings. We highly recommend them and will use them again!

This is our 3rd time using Reliable Delivery and Moving services. Every time we have used them, we have been very happy. The movers are professional and very nice. They have moved furniture in and out of our houses, helped us assemble furniture, and have removed furniture to take to junk yard. I usually don't refer companies like this to my friends, but after I had such a great experience when they moved me out of my Condo in Port A after hurricane Harvey, I referred them to everyone I knew and even included them on the Condo website. Many of my friends did use them to move back in to the Condo 31/2 years later. Never had a single complaint from them. The best advice Reliable gave me was to ship everything we purchased to their warehouse in San Antonio. Although we had already paid for some white glove delivery, the owner talked me in to shipping everything to his warehouse. That advice was a God send. When it came time to move back to Port A, all my stuff was in his warehouse. I only had to deal with one company instead of three and it was all going to be delivered at the same time. That took a lot of stress of my back. I can't thank them enough. They went over the top as far as I'm concerned.

We hired Reliable Delivery & Moving to move furniture and exercise equipment from upstairs rooms to the garage, as well as move furniture from one room to another in preparation for selling our house. William (lead) and two additional movers, arrived on time and got to work immediately. The guys never stopped and at times could be seen running up the stairs to get the next load. All three were extremely conscientious and handled all items with care. The three hustled the entire time they were here - an admirable trait especially considering this was one of the over 100 degree San Antonio days. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the price paid.

Working with Curtis (owner), Randy (general manager and Will (lead driver) has been pleasant and we have been more than satisfied with the service provided. Next step: As we prepare to make our move to the Dallas area, Will has been to our house to document what we need moved. We are looking forward to working with them to pack, load and move our belongings from San Antonio to Dallas!

Three guys arrived to more my heavy furniture. Although, I was only moving a short distance away, the furniture was being moved upstairs at the new house. All three guys worked well together and furniture and house did not suffer any damage. I will be using Reliable Delivery and Moving again and will gladly recommend it to all my relatives and friends.

The three young men showed up on time, got right to work and worked non-stop till the job was completed!!! They moved fast and efficiently and handled every issue, small or large, with adeptness and professionalism.
