When moving day arrives, we will come equipped with a spotless 24-foot moving truck that is fully stocked with all the essentials needed for a smooth transition.

Once we arrive, we'll conduct a brief walkthrough of your apartment to assess your unique moving needs. Afterward, we'll get the contract signed and begin preparing your apartment for the move ahead.

To prepare your apartment for the move, we'll take measures to safeguard the entryway by utilizing pads and specialized door protections. Additionally, we'll lay down rug runners or pads (where appropriate) to protect your entryway floors.

After we have completed preparing your apartment, we'll move on to protecting your furniture with shrink wrap, bands, and moving blankets. Our team takes the utmost care to ensure that your belongings are secure during transit.

Our professional movers come equipped with tool bags and are ready to disassemble any furniture that requires it to be safely moved, such as beds or tabletops. All items that are taken apart will be reassembled upon arrival at the new location. If you have appliances that need to be moved, we're happy to assist with that as well.

Upon arrival at your destination, we'll take care to position all your belongings exactly where you want them. Before concluding the move, our team will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything has been transported to your satisfaction and close out the process.

After closing the contract, we'll inform you of the final move total, which will be based on the total number of hours worked (or the minimum charge, if applicable). You can make the payment using your preferred method, as we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
